“Reverse Like Kind Exchanges” allow a taxpayer to purchase the Replacement Property first (by “parking” the Replacement Property with a SHRR Exchange Accommodator until the transactions are complete), then sell the Relinquished Property (without paying capital gains tax) and use the proceeds to cover the expenses of acquiring the Replacement Property.
